DABADA, un discours visuel sur le non-sens
Piata Victoriei 4
Ploiesti, Roumanie
DABADA is a visual discourse on nonsense, an in situ narrative installation in which the exhibited works are the result of a remote dialogue between seven exhibitors coming from different cultural spaces: Véronique Déthiollaz (Switzerland), Glen Galleja (Malta), Mioara Lujanschi (Romania), Călin-Andrei Mihăilescu (Romania/Canada), Andra Panait (Romania), Delia Sechel-Perrois (Romania/France/Switzerland), Guy Schibler (Switzerland/France).
The exhibition is curated by Mioara Lujanschi and Delia Sechel–Perrois and is based on the concept of creating as a duo, communicating two things at the same time, combining elements extracted from a context (poetic, urban, visual) and included in a process of creative amalgamation. The works materialized in printed texts, photographs, handmade books, multimedia design, three-dimensional artworks and collages.
