Lou Cohen was born 1995, in Paris and lives between Paris and Geneva. 
After studying at Korea National University of Arts, Cohen graduated from HEAD-Geneva in 2021, where she currently holds a teaching assistant position. 
Recent exhibitions include at Biennale de Paname (Paris, 2023); PEINTRES (Yverdon, 2023); Lovaas (Munich, 2022); Exo Exo (Paris, 2022); Parcours heartgeneva (2022); ArtGenève (2021); Pernod Ricard Foundation (Paris, 2019) and LUFF (Lausanne, 2018). 
Cohen was the recipient of the Upcoming Filmmakers Award (Lucerne, 2023); Drawing prize of the National Institute Geneva (2021) and the FCAC Grant (2021).
